This past Friday, Oak City Baptist Church hosted the grand opening of their “First Responders Room,” a room dedicated for local first responders to have access to 24/7. They created this space to allow deputies and other first responders to have a place to stop by, decompress, grab a snack, or grab a cup of coffee. We are so thankful for the invitation and we appreciate the willingness of the church to graciously open their doors for our officers.
