The Knox County Regional Forensics Center identified the person from last weeks fatal fire. Richard Douglas Lowery age 62 died in the fire on Hwy 92 in Jefferson City. Marjorie Lowery age 58 the victims wife escaped the residence that night without injury. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division and agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Arson Unit. Investigators are still awaiting autopsy results.
