On Tuesday, Feb. 4, former Jefferson County High School standout Jacob Rogers’ college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Tuesday, Feb. 4, former Jefferson County High School standout Jacob Rogers’ current college team, the Carson-Newman Eagles, won 18-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Shorter Hawks.

The game took place at Robert H. Ledbetter Baseball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 12 p.m. at Silver Diamond Baseball Complex against Charleston Golden Eagles.
