On Friday, Feb. 7, former Jefferson County High School standout Jacob Rogers’ current college team, the Carson-Newman Eagles, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Silver Diamond Baseball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 3:15 p.m. at Silver Diamond Baseball Complex against Charleston Golden Eagles.
