On Sunday, March 2, former Jefferson County High School standout Catelyn Riley’s current college team, the Alabama Crimson Tide, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UAB Blazers.
The game took place at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Blazers this season.
The Crimson Tide’s next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 5 p.m. at Samford Softball Field against Samford Bulldogs.
