On Friday, Feb. 7, former Jefferson County High School standout Catelyn Riley’s current college team, the Alabama Crimson Tide, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Washington Huskies.

The game took place at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Crimson Tide’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 12 p.m. at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium against Michigan State Spartans.
