On Friday, Feb. 28, former Jefferson County High School standout Catelyn Riley’s current college team, the Alabama Crimson Tide, won 15-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UAB Blazers.

The game took place at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Blazers this season.

The Crimson Tide’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 7:30 p.m. at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium against Furman Paladins.
