On Friday, Feb. 14, former Seymour High School standout Derek McCarley’s current college team, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers, won 9-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Northern Kentucky Norse.

The game took place at Thomas Baseball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Norse this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 4 p.m. at Thomas Baseball Stadium against Northern Kentucky Norse.
